Nobody Offside

For 1 in 11 children, playing sports at a club is not a given. Some children can’t join a football club or are forced to stop playing because their parents simply can’t afford the club fees and the costs of football gear due to structural poverty or unexpected financial setbacks.

KNVB believes that every child should be able to play sports. Exercise is healthy and a great way to meet people. That is why we partnered with ING to launch the ‘Nobody Offside’ programme. With our programme, we want to help parents give their children the chance to play football, even if budget restrictions make matters hard. There are lots of local relief schemes that can help you find a solution.

Learn more and find schemes

Go to our dedicated website to find out more about the schemes available to you and your children. On the site, you can find links to schemes in your area and the contact details of a nationwide ING financial expert for assistance.

Football is for everyone

These schemes are not just for children but for all football players young and old. Do you know someone who is thinking about quitting football because of financial concerns? Or someone who can’t start playing football because they don’t have the means? If so, please forward this email to them.

Together, we can make sure that nobody is left offside and that everyone can enjoy playing football at a local amateur club!
